I thought I would share this really simple but adorable garland made from our baking cups and our Halloween Party Circles 

Supplies: 

    baking cups

    twine

    small clothespins

    double sided tape

    Fancy That Halloween Party Circles

    scissors

Gather your supplies

Cut each cup between each scallop to the center of the baking cup. Flatten out the cup.

Place two layers of double sided tape on the back of the party circles and add to the bottom of the baking cup. Pin the edge of the baking cup to your twine and you are good to go.  It's just that simple. But totally cute.
