Custom orders require a $1,500 minimum investment.

To begin the custom proposal process, there is a $150 design fee. This covers sourcing, creative development, and proposal preparation. The design fee is applied toward your final order total once your order is placed. If you choose not to move forward, the design fee is non-refundable.

We’ll create a personalized gift proposal based on our conversation. You can approve it as-is or share feedback — we’ll refine and fine-tune until it feels exactly right.

Step 3: We Handle Everything
Once approved, we take care of all the details: sourcing, assembly, packaging, card writing, shipping, and fulfillment. You’ll receive updates along the way, plus tracking information for each recipient.
