The candle bar is open to private groups! For safety and comfort, there is a maximum of 4 attendees per workshop. This is a private workshop for your group only.  

HOW THE CANDLE BAR WORKS

Step 1 - Grab some friends (maximum of 4)

You and your friends will choose from 75 fragrances and 25 vessels before being led through each step of the candle pouring process. Each workshop is $25-45 per candle (price depends on the vessel you choose) and lasts about 45 minutes. After pouring, feel free to shop our gift shop!

Age requirements: Must be 18 years or older to participate.

Step 2 - Pick a date

Workshops are scheduled Thursday-Saturday at various times. A reservation must be made. We do not allow drop ins.  If you would like a specific date or time, please email us at hello@shopfancythat.com and we will try to accommodate!

Step 3 - Get ready to have fun

The candle bar is a place to create, relax and connect with friends. We provide everything you need to unlock your creative side.  Watch a video to see the candle bar!

Location

The candle bar is in a cute private studio located in the Bethany area off of West Union and 185th.  The address will be sent to you after your reservation is placed.

Safety Precautions

• Masks are required. If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with a disposable mask. We also have reusable masks available for purchase.
• Door handles, counter tops, all surfaces and equipment will be disinfected after each workshop.
• Due to COVID-19 we have temporarily suspended all complimentary food and drinks. In addition, we do not have a public restroom available. Please understand that for everyones safety, there will be no exceptions.
• If you aren’t feeling well, we ask that you visit us at another time. And if we are not feeling well, you will be contacted via email to reschedule. 
• We will have hand sanitizer available to use upon arrival and throughout your workshop.
• When you arrive, please text us at 503-799-5329. We will come out and get you when it is time for your appointment.

Notes

• Candles will be ready for pickup on the next business day (they need time to set). You can schedule a time to pick up your candle or we can ship it to you for an additional fee.
• Each attendee will be sent an invoice for $25 3 days prior to your workshop date. This reservation fee will be applied to your workshop. For cancellations less than 24 hours in advance, a credit will go on your account for a future pouring date.
